The program started at 6 p.m., with Dir. Marlene Singson as Master of Ceremony.
The Assembly begun with an opening prayer led by Dir. Glenda Aguirre then followed by the National Anthem, Cooperative Song and Cooperative Pledge.
A representative from the Director General’s Office, Col. Jesus Rey R. Avilla PAF (Ret), opened the General Assembly with some insights from M/Gen. Artemio G. Orozco AFP (Ret).
Welcome address was delivered by Chairperson Amneris G. Gabriel. After the Secretary presented the 'Proof of Due Notice" to the presiding officer, She also reported that the quorum has been met. Thereby Chairperson Gabriel called the 23rd Annual General Assembly to order at 6:24pm.
One hundred twenty four (124) members registered.
